Happy birthday, Melus!

Now onto my lore dump hehehe....

When Melus first left the ocean....he was walking around the park. Yknow, like normal humans do. Because humans!

Then he saw a bunch of ducks swimming in a pond.

He was enraptured by these little duckies....I mean, they're so cute! So plump...so...dumb looking.

After an hour of watching, he decided that he wanted one of those little guys. All to himself.

So he walked over and picked one up....and that ducky accepted its fate.

Meet Puddles. (Melus does not have the ominous shadow with puddles....live laugh his ducky)

If you insult puddles you have declared war on melus how dare you diss his familiar.

Melus has almost murdered someone for Puddles. He carries his little ducky around unless she wants to walk. Then he let's her waddle around as he follows her...

Melus hated working.

Well, it'd be better to say that he found today's work boring.

Who wants to stand at a host stand and yap to people? Not Mel! They'd rather do better things....like walking! Or drawing! Maybe finish that scarf she swore he'd finish like a month ago (they didnt.)

...so could you really blame this poor mer for skipping work?

Melus, now far away from that stuffy lounge, walks around the courtyard. They enjoy the sound of people talking, the odd bird or two, but more importantly....

Something!!! Not!!! Boring!!!!!

With a new pep in her step, he finds a nice bench and sits down, oblivious to the world around them.
