2. Your most rewatched movie.
this is actually a rly hard question to answer because i rewatch movies allt the time obsessively! i do the same with books!! someone tried to psychoanalyze me about it once like connecting to it w/issues stemming from my father dying like excuse u i just like critical thinking!!!! but anyway:
i watched velvet goldmine every night on repeat for two months last year because it was very comforting to me
i did the same thing with moulin rouge! when i was fourteen because also v comforting to me aND I JUST LOVE MOVIES WITH SINGING
19. An underrated actress.
oh god i’m terrible with actresses bUUUUUUt let’s see…i don’t think mia wasikowa is underrated but i’d like to see her in more roles like stoker where she is like this weird creepy awkward person. god these answers probably sound so dumb. i know gong li definitely isn’t underrated buT SHE IS DEFINITELY UNDERAPPRECIATED BY HUMANS IN GENERAL SHE IS A GODDESS
45. A film that always makes you cry.
i’m going to start this off by saying literally every movie in the world makes me cry because everything in general just makes me cry! let’s see. i am v emotional about films about mental illnesses so obvious things like i’m a cyborg but that’s okay and girl interrupted. cried a lot during lady vengeance and white oleander (weird mom relationships also get to me), cried a TON during warrior for whatever reason (tom hardy in general like get @ me). spirited away without a doubt will always make me cry because it’s like this weird happiness that is actually kind of sad and empty for some reason to me? like they get what they want but it’s the feeling that it wasn’t really what they wanted? i feel this more with pan’s labryinth bUT I FEEL IT A LOT W/SPIRITED AWAY.
