there was someone on the radio talking about programmers/hackers who have implanted chips (similar to the kind of chips put in cats and dogs to track them) and programmed the chips to do basic things (one guy could open doors and one lady's linked to her digital business card) and i can imagine Wrench having something like that implanted in the sides of his head and thats what his mask connects to function? and considering the technology in Meme Game is advanced beyond ours anyway i can see that being linked up in some ways that means he can control the expressions with another chip in his hand or smth

@nossik yah in the human conditions dlc he references himself as being between "one and thirty years old" and hes probably closer to like 23-25 like the others but the implication he could be way older than everyone else is so funny to me like just the Idea
