the scene where Langdon is attempting to make amends to dana is soooo fascinating to me. it parallels the scene in season 1 so well, theyre in the same place in the break room. despite how he's attempting to make amends, the conversation, everything is about him. he's apologising to Dana but its for himself, for his own steps to recovery. in both scenes she's so clearly struggling but Langdon needs her. in both scenes, another person who needs something from her is absolutely not what she needs or can deal properly with.

started off season 2 of the pitt mildly disliking both joy and ogilvie but i was so willing to have my mind changed and i know the pitt is so good at changing your perceptions of the characters as you get to see more of them. first impressions aren't lasting obviously.

grown to understand joy so much more this ep, with her asking about the moment of silence, she seems to be actually interested in what she's doing BECAUSE OGILVIE ISNT THERE TO SPEAK OVER HER

oh my god sram might be my favourite remake ITS SO GOOD

#literally the cinematography is so lovely and the story is the same as it always is and yet it feels so different #slightly sad the vanessa isnt muslim BUT i trust her season will be great #the characters feel so much more complex #like I just rewatched skam Norway and then wtfock and now I just caught up to sram #the boys and ema/noor and eskild feel like theyve just gotten more and more depth across each of the remakes ive been watching #ohhh I am 14 years old again but in a good way #sram #sramhr #memo talks

such a low bar but I deeply appreciate that they made the actors in the wilds look grimy and dirty as hell. they all had peeling skin and sun damage and stained clothes. these girls are on an island!! i watched marvels runaways a few years back and the goth girl (nico??) had a full face of makeup and teased hair and you expect me to believe she had her sunset makeup goth palette and oil cleanser while they were all actively sleeping in a warehouse?? annoyed me so bad.
