It has been ten years since we lost this guy right here. This is my Papa. I was lucky enough to have this guy live right across the deck from me growing up. My favorite memories include dancing in the kitchen to Frank Sinatra, you letting my watch Power Rangers (my parents forbid me from watching it 😂), collecting the state quarters, rolling coins, reading my books in your car, sitting at the kitchen table chatting, playing war and you letting me constantly rearrange your desk - just to name a few. . . Now this may not be popular belief but it's what I like to believe; you're always with me. I feel you in so many things I do, guiding me to do the right things. Those little thoughts that pop into my head out of nowhere, the reflex reactions to keep me from getting hurt, the calming voice in my head, that Frank Sinatra song that comes on in unexpected places- I know in my heart that's you. . . So much of you is in me and I appreciate every single thing. I love that I had and still have you guiding me throughout my life. That's why I have you tattooed on my side to keep you close to me all day every day.
