Today @holelottaloukoumades food truck came to our office. Very different and tasty menu! This is not all my, FYI! Iced coffees, fried Greek donuts, and various pizzas made with an incredible seasoning and sauce. Perfect coffee for the heat today and treats for Friday! The loukoumades were super tasty! Food trucks wrapping up the week.... Mother Nature finally allowed a rain free lunch for @dineoneonefoodtruck to come out to our office. Her chicken salad was so good! More savory than sweet, which is what I prefer paired perfectly with blackberry lemonade that I inhaled. New truck for us, Just Wraps provided tasty Mediterranean food. Their gyro was massive and really good. Lunch courtesy of @riceburnertn today. Treated to some Chinese donuts with caramel sauce (ridiculous!) with my Polynesian wings, rice and veggies. Always so good and so much food! Food trucks from today and yesterday we had come out to our office - @newwingorder and @901concessions. While known for wings, New Wing Order has a tasty fried avocado taco (pic 2). Today we had Majestic Mushroom come out who has a variety of quesadillas and nachos. I just inhaled my chicken, mushroom and spinach quesadilla. Last time tried the fried chicken taco and it’s just ridiculous the flavor!! Today we had @cousinsmainelobster come out and tried the lobster tacos. Really good with lots of flavor and a good amount for the price! I never eat sushi. I’ve not been able to stomach it but some reason Sushi Jimmi’s deep fried sushi appealed to me, so ordered with friends today. Surprisingly I like. I’m all growed up now eating sushi, albeit deep fried (tempura style). I got the Hot Dragon - avocado, cucumber, crab, jalapeño, scallions, spicy mayo, sriracha, crunchies and rice season. Now that I look at the picture it looks a little ummm...but I swear it was yumm! Pionono by Joy Ride Latin Eats - seasoned ground beef, fried sweet plantains and cheddar cheese. Anything with fried plantains is awesome in my book! Very good and filling!
