Surgery update: 9 days post-surgery “not so pretty” pix. Four incisions and lots of bruising all the way down to my ankle. Pain is tolerable when I experience it. I had 3 sessions of PT this week that went very well. Surgery is over and they were able to do the root repair VS a meniscectomy! I’m back at our AirBnB and resting comfortably. I’m wearing. My Lazy One pjs and socks! No nausea this time! Started my Constant Passive Movement machine. Nerve block is working its magic so don’t feel any pain! Thank you all for your kind words, thought, and prayers. I woke up way to early today.... all dressed and doing my last Buns Guns and Abs Challenge before we leave in just under an hour for my surgery. It’s a 45 minute drive, it’s cold, and roads may be icy.
