A bit of horror. :(
Like many people, I get dry skin when it gets cold. For me, the early warning sign of winter is that my nipples suddenly become agonizingly itchy. I scratch them when I can find the privacy, but otherwise I suffer in silence.
Earlier this afternoon, my nipple started itching really bad while I was using a pair of scissors to open a package. Idly, not genuinely engaging my brain, I briefly considered scratching the itch with the scissors. Which morphed into my brain being all "hey let's conjure up exactly how it would feel to cut your actual nipple off with scissors".
The thought has haunted me all day.
I don't want to do this! I'm not going to do this! But my brain likes to pull up these awful notions and then fixate on them, and I guess today it's an autonipplectomy.
