If they’ve got enough time to sit and complain about your life, then they themselves are trying to feel better about their own. I vote e), where you tell them to shove it and stop letting them act like you owe them the world by living life their way.

Even when you say to them to piss off, they don’t get it.
They bring up valid points and they do genuinely care, but then they fuck it up in the next breath and everything just goes downhill. Time apart should help, just another few days.
