#4: Mentera- Mentera has very strong psychic powers, but tends to keep them hidden; it is a very secluded Pokémon because of its fears of these powers. In order to contain them, Mentera constantly squeezes its eyes shut, afraid of what might happen if it stops. Some experts doubt it even has eyes, suggesting a common ancestor with Zubat. Mentera cannot fully lift its ears like most bat Pokémon because all of its strength is dedicated to containing its psychic powers. Though Mentera can fly, it typically chooses not to. The eye-like patterns on Mentera’s wings scare away predators who would make an easy meal out of this tiny, blind Pokémon. (Name from “Chiroptera'', the scientific name for bats, and “mental”)

Litany Against Fear - Mentera Ketakutan adalah Mantera Kekuatan dari sekumpulan wanita dalam buku karya Dune berjudul Gesserit Bene yang telah memilikii kuasa luarbiasa daripada Upacara Mistik juga Latihan Mental dan Fizikal. Walaupun tidak membaca mana-mana buku Dune, namun saya tahu Dune mendapat pujian sebagai penulis novel Sains Fiksyen yang terhebat. Mungkin saya agak takut dengan sesuatu mitos atau Mentera dan Jampi Serapah - Nampaknya saya seperti penakut, walaupun untuk seorang lelaki kacak seperti saya (ketawa - peluh besar di dahi). Sukar dipercayai saya yang gemar membaca siri-siri buku karya Tamar Jalis - Bercakap dengan Jin dan peminat tegar Filem-Filem Hantu Korea dan Thailand ini ada juga takutnya. Daripada apa yang sebenarnya, Kisah dari Buku Bene Gesserit lebih menakutkan saya atas sebab mistik emosi dan beberapa peristiwa lampau saya sendiri secara pribadi.
