For a moment Zakery Halstead wasn’t sure what woke him up.
He heard a whimper and turned over to cuddle Dania.
Running his fingers through her hair and scratching her head gently.
He was gonna punch Hank Voight the next next time he saw him.
“Don’t. Jay wouldn’t want you to.” Dania murmured snuggling closer.
Always a cuddly one.
“Still might be worth it.” Zak kept running his hand through Dania’s crazy bed head curls.
