Dirk absolutely loved the whole initiation process for new cadets. Between the buzz cut and the morning workout, he felt more than ready for all of the festivities of the Cadet Bowl. The army man grinned as he plopped down on a couch in the barracks lounge. He was just wearing a pair of ranger shorts and he looked at the man standing in the room, “Dude, you should have seen this cadet’s face when I told him I was going to pin him down and buzz his hair with the shaver I use on my balls” Dirk could barely contain his joy as he told the story, his hand rubbing his chest as he licked his lips. “Cadets are so fucking easy to scare” he folded his arms behind his head.

At some point during his shower, Chaz's clean towel fell onto the floor. Leaving it a soggy pile by the time Chaz realizes. He throws it over the divider, while heavy droplets fall from the ends. "Hey man. You wouldn't happen to have an extra towel would you?" He glances over at the man showering nearest to him, a casual disposition about him.

everything about this place was already driving him up the wall but mostly it was the freedom that was lacking that truly was making smith go stir crazy. he'd needed to clear his head, get out of these barracks and relax and while they weren't prisoners - thankfully, he'd dodged it for a reason - he still felt so much control around him at all times. so he snuck out, quickly, just out of the main sleeping arrangement and was behind one of the buildings, wearing just his assigned standard issue linen joggers and boots and nothing else as he wrestled a small baggie he had slipped in - a few cigarettes inside and nothing else as he held one to his lips and just took a breath, not lighting it but finding the comfort. and then he saw the shadow of someone staring at him. "it's not lit dude so calm down, it's just a comfort thing, trying to quit." for now. bitches stole his lighter.

After a long morning working out, Brock spends the time he has to himself spread over a picnic table. Lounging in the sun, as one does. The boy was from a California beach town, so he enjoys soaking up as much of the sun as he can. Sunglasses cover his face, but he looks over at a passerby. "Don't even think about sitting here. This table is taken. Unless you wanna entertain me."

As per usual, Caden woke up before sunrise for an early morning jog. He took a few laps on the academy grounds and made his way near the woods too. There had been an influx of cadets lately and he wanted to make sure to be in perfect shape to train the one assigned to him. He minded his own business, airpods on his ears while he blasted some workout beats.

He could still remember when he was a cadet himself, how strict his mentor was. He used to mock him for his pretty face, calling him a himbo of some kind, but that toxicity, perhaps unhealthy shaped him to be a disciplined mentor. He knew how to party sure, and he could be pretty cocky at times but that's one aspect of his life he was serious about.

When he saw a guy hanging out near the trees, he stopped to check on him. No one else usually woke up that early so he was curious to see who it was. "Hey." He approached him. "You working out as well?"
