i missed part of it but as far as i can tell the story was "this dude was smoking outside of my dorm window so i asked him to stop and he said no so i poured a bucket of hot water on his head"

and then he talked about someone smoking in the commons area of his dorm and he sprayed them with something?? i couldnt make out what it was but
