I reblogged those two posts of the cat named Meowee (from Maui!) from Tracy and added tags about how Meowee touched my butt. Here’s the story. 

I was spending Christmas with Tracy in what has been a tradition for two years now, and while I was there I went with them to the cat shelter they volunteer at. The shelter had just received a few very sick cats, one, Meowee the oriental shorthair (with whom I am in love and would like to adopt if circumstances allowed for it) and a black cat named Brando. They were in an isolation cage because they were sneezing and covered in snot, but they were still so playful and energetic! 

When they got fed, Brando went from bowl to bowl to chow down on all the food he possibly could, and Meowee was still playing with a ball. I turned around to look at some other kitties, and suddenly felt a paw directly on my butt. I twisted around to look, and sure enough Meowee was sticking his paw as far outside the cage as he could to tap my butt. Such a sweet, friendly, playful boy. I hope he gets adopted soon so I don’t keep trying to come up with excuses to adopt him.
