(Co-host role // no stated gender)

(This one is based around his s1 and early s2 personality)

• being Mephone’s co host is no small feat especially with his case of control freak so congrats!

• with that said you’ll probably be fighting an uphill battle with him just straight up not listening to you sometimes

• he’s very “my way or the highway” so don’t be surprised when he ignores you in favor of his own ideas

• don’t get it twisted though, he cares a lot about your approval of his ideas

• the contestants are NOT allowed to talk badly about you lest they get sent to idiotic island for a million years

• he LOVESS gloating about how popular the show, and by proxy he is (he makes sure to throw in a few “and of course they love you too” in there too)

• he’ll take a bunch of photos of you and when you ask he’ll say “oh it’s for marketing! Your face gets clicks after all!”

• funnily enough you never end up seeing those photos in any promotional material or anything

• He likes to sit in your lap while he’s “brainstorming” he claims he thinks better like that but he also seems to do more talking then planning

• when Mepad enters the scene Mephone makes him do all the tedious tasks you used to do so he can have more free time with you

• Mephone likes it when you grab his screen and explain things to him (he’d never ever admit it though)

• he doesn’t like it when the contestants take your attention away from him, he’ll actually deal with their problems if it means they won’t ask you for help

• he likes grabbing your wrists and pulling you close against him, he especially likes it when he catches you off guard and you yelp (freak..)

• he’ll sometimes share food with you just to randomly steal it just as you bite into it with a kiss

• Tell him to get his hands OFF, there probably isn’t a single part of you he hasn’t poked,prodded or pinched at this point

• he loves every little part of you. you’re just so soft and warm, nothing like his cool metal and symmetrical shape. You’re imperfect and that makes you perfect in his eyes

• he can be an asshole sometimes, he’ll make a jab at you and awkwardly apologize when he notices that you look hurt instead of laughing

• mephone almost demands constant attention and it can be draining sometimes

• luckily for you he’s a fat slob so he’ll also have phases where he just wants to lay around with you and trust me once he gets you down onto a bed you’re not leaving until he says so

• he wants you all to himself and he’s not afraid to be obnoxious if it means he gets what he wants

He’s such a brat but I luv himmm

this could be read as platonic OR romantic, but i was thinking of them being friends as i wrote this :)c also, this is kinda short, im sorry!! im willing to do a second part with comfort where you get revived if you’d like!

Panic had taken hold of everyone’s hearts the moment that OJ had acted concerningly out-of-character – however, that moment felt like nothing compared to the utter helplessness that had taken hold of the hotel the moment that Toilet no longer appeared to be in-control of MePhoneX.

You were standing next to the troubled host. Mephone4 couldn’t understand it, it was a known fact that every other object had developed a strong disliking towards him… Yet, you hadn’t shown a single shred of negativity towards him

Rather, the moment that contestants started dropping like flies at the hands of Cobbs (and partly Toilet, but he couldn’t blame the poor guy for being misled), you had clung to him for a sense of safety. You knew that he couldn’t stop this, he couldn’t even recover anyone.

After a couple seconds too long spent frozen in shock at the inanimate objects falling to the floor, MePhone4 felt his body moving without a single thought. His arms wrapped around your body, vaguely recognising the vibrating fear that shook your body, and hauled you both upstairs.

He didn’t understand his actions – by keeping you close, Mephone4 was putting himself in significantly more danger. Perhaps it was the comfort he felt with you, or the obligation he felt to keep you safe.

Suddenly, you found yourselves inside a closet. Cleaning supplies were neatly pushed back up on the shelves, with a broom and a mop leaning against the far wall. With the click of a door, you were encased in darkness.

The two of you sat in silence, completely still except for the occasional unconscious twitch of a muscle. Your ragged breathing and soft sniffles slowly registering to Mephone4, his hearing starting to adjust to the extreme change in sound.

It clicked in his mind that the dark atmosphere around you both wouldn’t help, and reached upwards with a shaky hand to pull down the lightswitch. Immediately, your shrunken pupils met his, a concerned expression tugging your face.

“Are you alright?” You whispered, your words inaudible if not for the extreme silence and proximity between you.

Mephone4’s brow furrowed, mouth slightly gaping, “I- I’m fine? It’s-It’s you that I’m worried about!”

Despite it being the worst day of your combined lives, you gave him a soft smile, “Mephone, we’re both okay. But… Cobbs, he –“

“I don’t want to talk about him. Please.”

“…Okay. You have to talk about it at some point, though.”

“I know.” Mephone4 muttered back.

That was one of his favourite qualities about you. No one else held such a patience with him as you did, even through the number of times he’d let people down.

You were quick to pick up his downfallen expression, “Would you like a hug?”

Mephone4 knew that he didn’t deserve it. That he didn’t deserve you, so he averted his eyes and sighed. Without an answer, you reached over and embrace him anyways.

Your arms wrapped awkwardly around his flat, rectangular surface, but he melted into you almost immediately – so you didn’t mind. After a few moments of hesitation, you felt his hands reach around you, before his arms pulled you closer.

He could barely hold back the tears in his eyes, desperately squeezing them shut to keep them in. You had just witnessed your friends being turned inanimate; being killed. And you were the one comforting him.

Minutes were spent in that position, trying to pretend that the horror around them didn’t exist. Mephone4 didn’t want to let go, too focused on ignoring his thoughts by directing his attention to your body against his that he hadn’t realised that your arms were no longer around him.

Mephone4 sniffled, whispering your name before leaning backwards, “Sorry, did I –“

His voice caught in his throat, and his eyes flitted over the crudely familiar text written over your body. He softly placed you on the floor in horror, careful to ensure your body didn’t roll away without limbs to keep it in place.

You had to have heard the alarm, right? You knew that MePhoneX was coming, yet you just… Kept comforting him?

MePhone4 stared at your remains, unable to keep the waterworks in as he audibly sobbed. His hands aggressively rubbed at his screen, feeling the helpless frustration rising within him.

This was all a mistake, and he knew it was his fault. You became the only friend he had, and he was selfish enough to lose you – leaving you to hold his pathetic self as you knew you were going to die. He did the only thing he could; gasping in turmoil as he sat in the closet with your lone body, awaiting his fate at Cobbs’ hands.

(MuHAHA love me some parent headcanons)

• Mephone4 being your dad is a mixed bag of experiences as with most parents but he’s a special case due to his situation

• because of his show hosting he can’t always be there to keep an eye on you, but nun the less he spends as much with you as he can

• you quickly got familiarized with the contestants because he still wants you to have some form of socialization because it’s not like you’re going to school or anything

• he’ll generate whatever toys or games you want and play with you while the contestants are off doing whatever, he looks forward to those moments a lot

• since he often has to go “off set” for challenges he’ll leave you in Mepad and toilets.. care while he’s away. Mepad is the one who actually makes sure you don’t get into trouble, toilet’s just fun to be around

• if you make him anything, wether it be art, a card or even just a cup of dirt he cherishes it like how he wishes a certain someone cherished his work

• he likes to toss you up and spin you around like in the air like a spaceship

• when a contestant fails miserably at a challenge he’ll prop you up against his hip and boop your face before saying “see that kid? That’s what you don’t want to grow up to be like!”

• he’s very protective of you, no contestants are allowed to talk directly to you without his supervision

• he wouldn’t tell you about Steve or meeple even if you ask, he doesn’t want you to be involved in that part of his life in any way

• mephone4 kinda lets you do whatever you want, as long as it isn’t directly irritating him or putting you in direct danger he really doesn’t care what you do

• he takes you with him to season three so you can play on the island while he works, he contemplates leaving you back in season two but he really didn’t trust that something wouldn’t go wrong while he was gone

• bot is one of the few contestants he semi trusted enough to not hover when you two talk

• he’s very openly proud of you, you could literally just be sitting there playing with sticks and he’d find something to praise

• Mephone would let you host a (very safe) challenge if you ask really nicely and maybe pull out the puppy dog eyes

• he’ll be standing on the sidelines just yelling “you’re doing great!” And “that’s my son!”

• if you ever copy his voice or catchphrases he’ll have to excuse himself because he might actually start tearing up in front of you

(After the show ends)

• with everything over he’d finally have the courage to answer your questions about his past at meeple

• now that he has more free time he can spend far more time with you actually hanging out without hosting in the back of his mind

• mp3 is a good uncle to you, he’s not very used to actually caring for things let alone children but he does his best

• Mephone is finally able to let himself relax with you for once now that he doesn’t have to worry about being found and killed anymore

• he loves you so much and he’s constantly willing to put himself out there to help both himself and you integrate into regular society

• he lets you pick out whatever you like for your new room even if it’s really garish or obnoxious, as long as you’re comfortable and happy he’ll hold back his protests

• he knows that’s what you need right now after all

I refuse to post this on main! Ohhh mephone in romantic situations is so fun for me. (Self proclaimed mephone obsessed boy!)

HES a nervous wreck! Using sarcasm to mask just how nervous he is (but it just comes across as mean)

I like to think his love language is gift giving and physical affection! HOLD HIS SCREEN! PLAY WITH HIS VOLUME BUTTON! Heck! Even just holding his hands!

He likes to make things for you! Generating food you like, making challenges he thinks you’ll think are cool (the ballpoint episode shows this)

He draws you often! To the point that it’s basically second nature he doesn’t even need to look at photo to draw you

• when you got deleted he was already upset but this made him distraught, losing his show was bad enough but losing you felt like his world was ending in front of him.

• before melife gets unplugged he moved over to sit next to you, he just wanted to hold you a bit longer

• you loved him through all of his selfish moments and he couldn’t even bring you back. He felt powerless and useless

• once you and the others got revived he instinctively went next to you and held your hand like you were gonna disappear again

• when he introduced you to 3GS he also asked you to go with him, if you declined he understands and promises to call you all the time

• and by god does he follow through with that. Seriously you guys are lucky you don’t get phone bills because they would be through the roof

—non melife—

• when mepad left him at hotel oj the first person he looked for was you

• when he found you he wouldn’t leave your side worried you’d leave too

• when he had his phone call with cobs you walked in with tissues and heard suitcase’s revaluation

• you would have interjected with a defense. You know 4’s not perfect but that’s just how he was raised. But then tissues is deleted and mephone hangs up

• he looked up at you with guilt, he knows he hasn’t been the best to the contestants but you know he can be better so you don’t let him dwell on it

• it’s basically the same as the first when the others get recovered but when he asks you to come with him you agree considering you don’t live on the island

•you both still call an unhealthy amount tho
