Note: I didn't include electric eels (as much as I really wanted to), since I did research and it said electric eels live on freshwater, unlike true eels.

Reasons under the cut

• Barracudas are fast, but not really the fastesr, since I just feel like giving Jay a fast, but not fastest.

• Stingrays because they sting and that's closest I can get to electricity in the ocean.
