After landing in this new place, scouting the area seemed like the best plan. That's what brought Barry to wander the streets until he came across a coastal patch. It was warm out, so the beach sounded appealing. He had no idea how quickly he'd run into someone that should feel illogical and impossible or what he would do when he did. It never seemed to take long, like he was magnetically attracted to the doubles of himself and the people he cared about.
No, this wasn't the first time that Barry Allen had come face to face with an identical doppleganger. In fact, sometimes his life seemed to completely revolve around the fact that there were an endless supply of different people with his face running around. But he had no idea what the ettiquete was in the situation. He'd literally bumped into the guy, almost knocking both of them over. His speed was the only thing that saved them both from ending up on their ass with any fragile possessions they'd had in hand shattered on the ground. He was just glad he'd mastered subtlty.
"I-- Hi," he started, raising his hands in surrender and then waving them awkwardly. "I'm sure there's.. a perfectly logical explanation for..." He paused, then started again. "I'm sorry, my name is--" Maybe it wasn't best to start with introducing himself, in case the other person with his face was also named Barry; that would be even more difficult to explain. "What's your name?"
