I just love how everyone is fully aware of and has witnessed how much of a monster Ijin is when it comes to fighting. They know he’s on a boss level and are even a little scared of him, yet they still choose to be incredibly protective of him. They know he can handle things on his own, but their paternal and maternal instincts get the better of them, so they fight his enemies instead of letting him do it himself. They understand how much he loves his family, and they would do anything to protect the peaceful life he cherishes. And whenever they see him smile, which is very rare, they become even more protective, unconsciously vowing to protect that precious smile at all costs.
