Day... Last: I'm not interested in draggin names through the mud or winning internet points. Didn't plan on even bein very public but I need to because enough people have asked the same questions to me. So: I was asked to leave my position as Merchandise Manager on the Excision tour. Without airing dirty laundry publicly I'll simply say a quick look at my resume, and my accomplishments demonstrates the capacity and quality of work I'm consistently capable of. Some of my warped tour friends saw my job posting for merch assistant. Which was my attempt to assemble a quality experienced team to handle the workload associated with an act this size. Every artist has their personal preferences and their own level of involvement in the details. We can point fingers every direction easily, we just have to decide whether to consider pointing at ourselves or those closest to us. I put my heart behind everything I do whether I love the work or not. It's my Father's work ethic in me. If You're hiring me, you're getting my full effort, and any skills I have to offer, as well as the network of skilled friends who support me day in, and day out. My closest friends know how much I whine about hard work, but also how much I thrive in it. I may be someone who will say,"Damn, it's hot out!" But I'm also not afraid to sweat. (see: 10+ years of outdoor fests/tours) Thanks @devintaylorbsc For thinkin of me as the guy you wanted to step into your recently relinquished role. I appreciate it. every venue rep asked about you and wished you well (well., some of'em) Don't let my silly picture here confuse you. I take this seriously. I live and breathe music. It is LITERALLY the reason and the means by which I fight through setbacks & depression to wake up everyday. Sorry I cant visit everyone this tour as planned. But, if this is your scene PLEASE go to the show nearest you, get there early because @dion_timmer , @barelyaliveus & @cookiemonstacircus are beyond amazing at their craft. Stage crew are top notch.
