This guy is going to kill me. It's been sitting on my desk for more than a month now

Arms and then paint... I might need to redo his hat, make it bigger. Still need to figure out how to do his monocle. Yes I know he's a little square than an egg shape, but I kept swearing to myself when finals is over I'll finally work on him
