ok. its been like 40 minutes. here's what ive found
1. any claims of bebe rhexa and her image being controlled by pete wentz are false; she's talked about The Black Cards once. debunked
2. the reason claims about andy hurley being an assaulter were going haywire during October last year was because someone on Reddit has been claiming this with no proof for 5+ years. when i say claiming it i mean spamming it and getting mad when asked for proof. some kid must've seen that and posted it on tiktok at some point. debunked
3. can't find much on meredith other than a possible instance where, because of fan misogyny, she reacted to something that didn't warrant aggressiveness with aggression. basically beabadoobee. im not scrolling thru her Twitter for this tho, so anybody who knows for sure should tell me, but im calling that debunked for now
4. carr might be...weird. apparently she's the type of girl to call people jealous for not liking her (smth ive seen in many ppl so i cant doubt that too much). and also she and her band dressed up as highschoolers while singing about older men? i hate Melanie Martinez if that tells u how i feel about that. and also throwing sex dolls into the audience. and apparently her set isn't even good. unsavory but probably not evil.
5. other stuff about gray and dying inside. i haven't read gray, but ill bet money that dying inside being about a teen under a spell isn't pete secret desire to control minors coming out.
if its any consolation for this word vomit, the blog where i found all these claims was one of those anti pete ones without nuance. so naturally she took everything in the world that he says and turned it into sexism.
but. my nightmare is becoming an uneducated stan so.. if you read this, no we're all educated :)
