haaaaaaapppppppppyyyyyyyyyyyyy (day)!! im so excited to share another fun fact for my patriotic angels! during WWII rationing got so bad that our fellow classmates couldn’t find a doll to represent their graduating class! you may be asking yourself how this can be since im writing this blog right now, and I am happy to announce that our brave alums found me in the pattern department of a store in Winston-Salem and stole legally acquired me shortly thereafter. as meredith Patriots, we know the true values to fight for in this nation. truth, honor, freedom, and the meredith dolls.

if there’s one thing we Meredith girls know, it’s the importance of sacrifice. we may have angel wings but our blood runs red white and blue. no time period showed this better than World War II, a time during which the Meredith community hustled to #supportourtroops so hard they named a battleship after us. talk about Going Strong!
