Grotesquerie theory and analysis of ep 10 finale. (Whos the antagonist?) Includes spoilers, youve been warned!
In ep 8, the doctors say that Lois’s dreams are the future and that Lois is a prophet. After that she gets called to the Burnside family murder crime scene and its almost identical to the one in coma dream. Technically then the doctor was right. According to the coma dream, Father Charlie (Dr. Charlie) was the murderer. If we go according to the prophet theory Dr. Charlie would be the murderer and it would all add up. Dr. Charlie is one of the doctors who knows of Lois’s dreams. So he would be able to go on detail what was in the dreams and he clearly knows his anatomy.
