True love is Nick from When In Rome running down fifth avenue in a lightning storm, which just happens to be his biggest fear, to tell Beth that he loves her and so keep their relationship from falling apart.

True love is facing your fears and sacrificing for the person you love.

True love is NOT Snape leaving the Death Eaters ONLY when he realizes that he’d be hurting the woman he lusts for. cuz you know, he’s fine with hurting anyone else, just not her

jily was like my first ship! i got introduced by it by someone here on tumblr and then i started reading fics and i really got into the marauders and yea thats my story ahaha

Aww that’s so nice, I can barely remember my first ship haha (I’m pretty sure it was Will/Lyra from Northern Lights by Phillip Pullman...)

Tbh there are so many amazing marauder fics out there, we really are blessed. I recently read an amazing marauders fic by @captofthesswolfstar so there’s another recommendation in case you were interested :)
