@merrykatie omg babe I’ve got you covered, I’m too cheap and lazy to go to the gym so I work out at home.
blogilates is a my favourite: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates. my friend and I are doing the latest abs challenge she put out, all the most recent videos labelled by day. on her website she also has workout calendars, her beginners one was great for the over cooked noodles I call my muscles.
On days that I’m feeling more sluggish or meh, I’ll do one of Yoga with Adrienne’s videos: https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene. she makes me feel better than teachers I’ve paid to have classes with.
sports and I make two so it was tough for me to find stuff I liked doing, but a combo of these two is something I’ve been able to stick to for months now, at least 2-3 times a day.

i was on right at 10 and i couldn't even get one ticket anywhere in the venue. something has to be corrected, because i refuse to pay $500 each for shitty nosebleed seats.
