This is a mixture of a redraw and HIGHLY INSPIRED by @flargahblargh‘s beautiful underwater art. Plus I got a new art program and this was a great way to learn and test the program out and she was so nice to let me download so many of her brushes that I never would have been able to do this picture with.
But oml I am SO PROUD of this! Like oml!
