I'm genuinely sorry for this but I'm personally not comfortable writing about subjects like teen pregnancy and parenthood for personal reasons. This applies to all requests involving teen pregnancy/parenthood. My own uncomfort aside, I try to make my headcanons as accurate to the person as I can. Tom at 15-16 was barely starting his career, I'm sorry to break it to you but I don't think he would've given a kid the best upbriging as a teen rockstar, if anything his parents' would've been the ones to take care of the kid if it was left to Tom.
