A PLUS to losing weight (down another 12lbs from 2 weeks ago) is that ALL of your jewelry fits better 😂. I apparently hold all my weight in my face/fingers/and especially my wrists (?). I can always tell if I lost weight or not if my watch and rings fit better ☺️.
