Stiles wasn’t sure why they were going with this plan nobody asked his opinion on it and to be honest he wasn’t even sure why he got himself involved half the time. He barely spoke to Scott anymore though he was still close to the wolves. So when it was his turn to finally speak up since Lydia noticed he hadn’t spoken up. “Why ask me?” he asked, “I’m not the one that comes up with the plans anymore I just come up with plan b that usually bails all your werewolf butts out of everything.”  He hadn’t meant to snap he was exhausted after very little sleep the past few days. “Sorry.” Stiles said he glances around at everyone. “I mean it’s an okay plan not really my favorite one so far and someone’s going to end up getting hurt if it’s not played out according. Usually that someone’s me.”

“...I’m not a little kid anymore, you know.” Lettice murmured as she pressed her hands to her hips, one of her hands gripping the hilt of her sword. She wasn’t really the type to argue with her father about most things. Mostly because she found it to be a taste of time. When her father said something was final, it usually was. But not today. “You’ve trained me to be like you and I think I’ve done a pretty good job. I’m not saying I’m going to get picked but if I do...I’m going to Auradon and straight to Camelot and I don’t know why you aren’t supporting me on this!” If it wasn’t for King Arthur, they wouldn’t be on this dump...so she wasn’t really planning to go to Camelot just to talk to the king.

“Scott, you growled at Allison when she gave me a hug.” If that wasn’t jealousy, Isaac didn’t know what was. “It’s okay to be a little jealous. Just no growling. Not even if I find it incredibly cute.”

Scott made a face, and if his hair didn’t cover his ears, he was sure the redness would be quite visible. “Hn ... I ... I didn’t mean to growl. The wolf just didn’t like it much so ...” He shrugged and cast his eyes down. “I’m sorry.”

taunts and insults had been thrown back and forth for the better part of an hour, but nothing that left a mark like that did. allison had sacrificed so much to get to this point, to be with isaac freely and have the pack’s ‘ blessings ’. not that they needed it, but it sure as hell helped. but, nothing seemed to be right these days, every little thing set them off and sure, maybe allison had started to think it was a mistake. but it had never been a joke, never been a game-- she LOVED isaac, and to have it thrown in her face? 

“leave,” is all she says initially, skin pulled taut over her jaw. “i’m not kidding, isaac. get out.”

“Well, hello there...” Clearly not one for taking social cues when it came to broody types who wished to be alone, Jaskier had followed right after the hooded man. There was something about how the man carried himself, about the way he was hidden... It pulled at the curious bard. Of course it did.

And that curiosity was sparked even more the moment he managed to peek under the hood to see those recognizable markings. “Hello, indeed...” A light laugh left him. “You’re him, aren’t you? The Monk? Oh, how interesting--- Are those real? Paint? Scars, perhaps?” His tone was an excited one.
