Knelt before one of the many identical doors, this one with what she assumed was supposed to be a Death Star but just looked like a tit and a red lightsaber with her partner's name on it, the only thing Emerald was grateful for was the school being too cheap to spring for any magical protections. As it was, every door she'd come across had a standard knob lock, and she'd been picking those since junior high. It was almost like they wanted her to rob them, it was just that easy. If she weren't stuck here for the foreseeable future, she'd definitely be considering it.
Hell, she was still tempted.
A final click and the door was open, and without having to actually ask him to open the door. Was it unnecessary? Yes. Immature? Also yes. Showing off? Just a bit. Worth it to annoy the hell out of him? Without a doubt.
