hi! i was wondering if you could help me out with my hair or maybe you could ask your followers to leave some advice? i don't have very many followers and i wouldn't know what tags to post this in so anyway, i am filipino and black and my hair is really fluffy and thick (i got it thinned out like a week ago, i don't really like how the girl did it bc she was white and i don't think she's worked with mixed girls before but.. anyway,) and i don't know what to do with it. i'm 16 and i can't (1)

(2)afford to get it chemically straightened or anything, so that's out of the question. it really makes me look way younger than i really am, and its so thick the only way i can manage to make it look okay(and not look like i slept outside in the rain)is if i keep it in a side braid and hairspray it flatter. my sister (who has straighter hair than i do) has tried buying me those fake ass "mixed girls shampoo" things if you know what im saying but none of them have worked! honestly, im at a loss
