another thing that makes me a little nervous about my writing is that when i have complex story ideas, i tack more and more onto the sorta insert character to the point where they become a full blown original character. and i kno that's not everyone's cup of tea, because usually people want to be able to project onto a blank slate to enjoy the fic better.

i know there's absolutely going to be people who are interested in reading works that feature original characters, which gives me some hope. it's just hard to get over my fear enough to get the ball rolling to even see if interest exists
