The #MexicanHat #RedRock #RockFormation at #MexicanHatUtah, an unincorporated town with a population of 31 (2010 U.S. census). The small town has a gas station, a couple of RV Parks and a couple of #cafes. We at at the #HatRockCafe with pretty decent food. We tried eating at the other cafe at about 12:15pm, but the employee or owner said “I’m not cooking just yet”; even though we could smell food; hmm.
