Charlie’s sleep schedule was well and truly screwed up after several back to back closing shifts at the Jagged Yard-- after which she usually couldn’t wind down for several hours; she’d found herself at Deja Brew at borderline ungodly hours of the morning trying to stay awake and planning out new projects she could keep herself busy with over the summer and that morning was no exception. She pressed a yawn into the crook of her elbow as she glanced away from the sketchbook in front of her only to catch sight of a familiar face; she raised her hand in a wave as she caught sight of Molly, hoping the other woman would see her well enough in the slightly crowded café. “Hey, you!” Charlie greeted when Molly was closer, her hands moving more confidently through signing than they had when she’d last spoken to Molly. “It’s been a bit! You have time to sit or are you rushing off somewhere?”
