Episodes 11/12 and 15 are so interesting about the characters' dynamics because they show the group is only working toward a goal when Kyouya bosses them around. Otherwise they're just dividing their attention and arguing for nothing.

It's basically the interactions of the Gan Gan Galaxy in Metal Masters.

Madoka: What can we do to help him?

Kyouya: Nothing. He has to deal with it on his own.
