INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTING TOMORROW

Everyone will upload their fic with the art either embedded or with a link to an art master post. That is between you and your artist and is left up to choice.  Everyone will upload the fic and art to Ao3 beginning at 5am tomorrow, November 10th. When you post there is an option to "post to collection". You'll post to "Mavin Fic Bang 2013" We have that collection moderated so once you post, you are REQUIRED to send us an email with a link to you fic as well as fic info (at [email protected]) Title: Author: Artist: Rating: Word Count: Warnings: Summary: Then we'll accept your fic into the collection and post it to the mavinficbang tumblr. You are all welcome to just reblog or make tagged posts on your own blog as well :) AMAZING WORK EVERYONE. YOU DID IT. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR HARD WORK, DEDICATION AND AWESOMENESS!

Sorry for the delayed response everyone. Some unexpected personal things happened for both admins recently but we're doing our best to answer all questions and messages.  The official posting date of the fics to Ao3 will be on the 10th. All messages should be sent to [email protected]! If you are on this list and you HAVE sent your fic but your artists hasn't emailed us, please email us with the title "FIC SENT"  LIKEWISE, if you're an artists who HAS received your writers fic and your writer is on this list please email us with the title "FIC RECEIVED". If there are any other complications with this list for example a changed url or a dropout, please also let us know. ALL EMAILS SHOULD INCLUDE YOUR URL AS WELL ARE YOUR WRITERS/ARTISTS

Everyone should have their artists tumblr urls. If you can't get in touch with them over tumblr to ask, private message us and if we have access to their email we will give it to you. :) ~Beka

FIC DEADLINE INSTRUCTIONS!

ATTENTION TO WRITERS AND ARTISTS Just reminding everyone that your fics are due September 15th! 

Instructions for Writer Deadline: Writers MUST email their fics to their artists by midnight PST on September 15th!

ARTISTS: You MUST email us a confirmation that you've received your writer's fic by midnight PST on September 16th so we can make sure everything has run smoothly and can get involved if there are any issues!

In your confirmation email include:

RECIEVED FIC (if you haven't, let us know via email as well)

Your URL

Your Writers URL

If you have taken on more than one fic, you may include both URLs in the same confirmation email. We will then put a check next to both you and your writer on our participants page in the next 48 hours or so.

Writers Checkpoint

Ok! The drafts/outlines have all been processed, please check the participants page to see if we received yours. You should see a "✮" next to your name. If you don't that means we haven't gotten your draft so please email it to us at [email protected] Any troubles you are having with your email, please message us here, otherwise any draft problems should also be emailed. I know the tumblr message system doesn't always go through so please be patient.

WRITER CHECKPOINT THURSDAY

Hello everyone! It's been a bit quiet, but we hope that's because everyone's got their nose to the grinding stone!

As we hope everyone remembers, there's a writer checkpoint this Thursday, the 15th! We don't need a whole lot from you other than your working draft and any outlines or things that basically show you are on your way to completion within the month.

Between now and MIDNIGHT ON THURSDAY simply EMAIL us a copy of your work! We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we can to let you know we've recieved it, and then we will put another mark next to your name on the participants list in the next day or so.
