Is that Kurugiri ?
I know it's unconfirmed but the way it's presented with a crying while looking similar to kurugiri, it makes me think it's him and if that's the case then this arc just got more complicated.
Because first off we know Shigaraki wouldn't sacrifice any of his comrades especially Kurugiri that's been with him since the beginning, and Kurugiri is in prison so how could this happen
Because this guy's behind this, and also AFO since you kinda need him to make the Nomu. AFO probably already had this whole thing planned out, he got his doctor to take a job in Taratus just so they can continue there evil plans
But the question is why are they planning all this, what is their endgame and my best guess is this, I have been predicting that the league of villains might break up because of shigaraki lying about stain but it seems like there could be more added factors to that, Shigaraki will be at a a cross road and will have to make a big decision, his friends will probably not want to serve AFO after this and he's going to have to make the decision on ether losing his friends, humanity, and becoming an eviler villain or rejecting his surrogate father
