It's not great. It's the one thing that brings down my enjoyment of the series. This first appearance isn't even that bad, but then later the author takes it in a direction that's just... ew. I don't know if that part is in the anime, I would hope that it isn't, but as I said, it dampened my enjoyment of the manga somewhat.

Watching Chio's School Road. Kind of liking it so far, though the tongue lady from the opening has me kind of wary

Seems to be about this ^ who has an addiction to gaming and it's colored her perception of reality to the point that she does dangerous shit

This scene where she's walking to school on rooftops is giving me a very slice-of-life feel

Like, in this opening scene, she's late for school thanks to gaming all night and the quickest route to school is blocked by construction. Then she realizes she could shimmy up a nearby pole and go around the obstruction on roof tops

Because apparently she played a video game where you could do that

She didn't get up as skillfully as she thought and she got her uniform dirty, but she's up there, just hopping from roof to roof

Okay, I'm really enjoying this show so far. Waiting for the catch

I mean, i'll pretend I didn't see that panty shot. I have no idea if that was fan service or the fact you couldn't really do that scene  without the unfavorable angle. Eh, probably both
