I’ve been messing around with characters on there since earlier this year and it’s been really fun. Most of my characters are on Couerl but Ashelin and a few others are on Balmung ^-^

He should’ve known better than to accept the Precursor’s offer. It was a proposal too rich in all that it promised to believe that there weren’t substantial risks involved. He knew he should’ve stayed at home and yet here the blond was, stranded on a dirtball contending with a familiar enemy far from his friends and allies, a pair of Metal Head grunts snapping at his heels. 

Jak had learnt fast that the beasts that brought Haven ruin weren’t the only terrors to find a home on this planet, but he hadn’t occasion to concern himself with the threat they posed for now. Priorities dictated he get rid of the grunts on his tail first before taking any other action. And with the ammo in his Morph Gun running low, all he could do was try to outrun the beasts, resorting to fisticuffs only when absolutely necessary.

Jet-black and twisted, he paws wordlessly at the detached chunk. Twirling it slowly on the palm of his hand, Jak struggles to accept that it was real.

That this coal-like protrusion had been attached to his head, one-half of a pair of horns that appeared when his mind was clouded by a most vile feeling, a sensation that compelled him to rip and tear and maim, favouring hands that had become claws without protest.

Appalled, the boy shuts his eyes, wanting to ignore such dreadful thoughts. But they were always there, near permanent companions given a voice by that poison in his veins. Always yearning to be satiated.

i don’t have too many headcanons for samos just yet? or, i haven’t really thought of anything good yet. perhaps as i go about and talk about him a bit more with the squad, i’ll come up with something. as for samos himself, i think he is a valuable character that is often overlooked and that he has very interesting character design.

i love this ‘ fandom’ headcanon i came across about samos and keira ( if anyone knows who created this headcanon / theory originally, please let me know )

when i was younger, i always thought of keira as his biological daughter. but now, upon actually taking a closer look at like… the gap and keira and her age and all of that, the fandom is right. i mean, the kid ( mar ) was at least two when they came through the warp and all and then they could have had to settle… and there was nothing about samos having a smaller daughter in haven during jak 2? so
