As some people know, I used to think very highly of MHToyShop. They were my go-to company for figures, good customer service, cheap and very high quality with fast shipping to boot! Sadly, they've shut down due to bankruptcy or.. something. Now, this set of several alarms for me. No one was notified that they had shut down, all social media links and online presence were totally wiped and there's next to nothing about them online. They did state on their site that someone would be answering emails as their support email was the only thing they had left under the MHToyShop name, and while they did respond saying they'd get in contact soon, over a month has passed. Not only did they have multiple orders of mine ready to ship (worth a few hundred dollars) before they shut down, but they have not responded to any other email - and I'm not the only one with that problem. Multiple reviews on their trustpilot and some reddit threads have dozens of people saying they were left in the dark and a possibility that they've even changed thier name and moved to a new company. Needless to say I'm pretty pissed, now I have to pay higher costs since it's been a while after the figures release dates and I'm praying my paypal chargeback works out since I've never had to do that before. Friendship with MHToyShop ended, now Nippon Yasan will have to be my bff
