Honestly I just want to cry because the man I fell for is going back to the place we met without me. He’s probably going to meet someone new, dance with her all night long, and maybe buy her a drink. My only consolation is that I know whoever he meets he will compare to me. And whoever she is, she won’t come close. Not because I assume I’m better or the best, but simply because I am unique; no one will ever be exactly like me. I know that in every girl with long dark hair and big brown eyes he’ll see me.
