So for those of you who came to watch @missinternationalcurve you will remember the complete malfunction of my swimwear. I had planned a Pride themed fan reveal to symbolise the message #LoveIsLove and unfortunately due to technical difficulties my fan broke on stage as soon as I opened it! I was gutted, weeks of effort I put into painting the fan. It had worked perfectly in rehearsals throughout the day but failed me on the night. I felt so embarrased, defeated and that I had let my friends, family, designer and sponsors down but despite all that I refused to let this malfunction break my spirit. I smiled through it even though I was wishing the ground would open up and swallow me whole. I carried on with my walk despite having this huge rainbow fan attached to my thigh trailing behind me...I let off my confetti cannon and kept on going. I would like to thank @emilydiapre_mbbc for your help, support and patience with me. Without your help and the generous donation of your fan (and paint) my vision would have NOT been possible. To Naomi of @society_belle I want to extend so many thanks for making my swimwear vision a reality, it was a beautifully vibrant costume. You really are a talented woman!! To my babigirl and best boy for helping me paint and create the fan...you guys physically helped bring that baby to life and I am eternally grateful for your help...sorry it didn't go as planned guys.
