Her and Maura's mother was at the front, despite looking as if she'd prefer to go home and drown her sorrows in another bottle instead, and their grandparents next to her, cuddling like two lovesick teenagers. She could also spot Claudia Goldman shifting in her seat and not-so-subtly looking at Roman every now and then.
