Michael Gargiulo, a former boxer and aspiring actor, is alleged to have stabbed four women and may have killed as many as 10. In 1993, Gargiulo allegedly viciously stabbed Tricia Pacaccio right outside her home. When police began getting a little too close for comfort, Gargiulo fled to California where he would be implicated in the stabbing deaths of two other women, Ashley Ellerin and Maria Bruno. Some sources say that in these deaths the women were horribly mutilated.

In 2008, Gargiulo is alleged to have crept into a neighbor’s apartment and stabbed her multiple times. Fortunately, this victim fought him off and she survived. Gargiulo’s blood was found on the stairs outside of her apartment and he was arrested. During questioning, Gargiulo stated that “just because 10 women were murdered and his DNA was found” that didn’t mean he murdered them. This statement, along with others, implied that there were more victims but to date none have been connected to him. As of 2015 Michael Gargiulo is awaiting trial where he will represent himself.
