An early concept paper probably authored before the open meeting on November 16 1967 outlining the structure and aims of a future Antiuniversity. The proposed administrative committee consisted of seven men; Michael Rustin, with a background in political science and the New Left Review, Michael Kustow who later in 1968 was to become director of ICA as well as a four persons with backgrounds in (anti-)psychiatry and Kingsley Hall; Ronnie Laing, Joseph Berke, David Cooper and Leon Redler. Allen Krebs was a newly arrived American political scientist living at Kingsley Hall with a background as founder of the Free University of New York in 1965. This administrative committee later became the Ad-Hoc Co-ordinating Committee with a slightly different circle of people and gender balance.
