Ferendune is a dark historical horror tale set in 536 AD in the valley of the Gewisse, during a time of uncertainty when Saxon settlers and native Britons uneasily share the same land. When a deadly fog begins to seep from an ancient stone circle near a place known as Ferendune, a small group of warriors from both peoples is sent to investigate the strange deaths and disappearances surrounding it.
As they approach the ancient site, tensions between the Saxons and Britons threaten to tear the group apart, but the greater danger soon becomes clear. Something ancient stalks the mist. An unnatural presence tied to the stone circle and the forgotten people who raised it long before either culture arrived. The creature moves through the fog with predatory intelligence, hunting the group.
Accompanying the warriors is a mysterious seer named Inanna, a woman whose knowledge of the supernatural runs deeper than she is willing to explain. As the horror closes in, it becomes clear that the thing haunting the circle is not merely a monster, but a remnant of a far older world. One that has begun to stir again.
