QUARANZINE #74
QUARANZINE #74: Michael Peirson. I asked for submissions earlier today because after watching hours of live video feeds from Minneapolis for the last day, I've got nothing. Michael came through with a delicious offering: a poem he's been working on since March 20th. He told me, "I’m open to any mutation or deformation, especially in collaboration. Think of your self as the DJ/selector." I used about 1/4th of his poem, kept most sections as they were, rearranged the order of some bits, and made micro adjustments here and there. Michael took what I did and made one last modification and we were ready to print. This collaboration put my head exactly where I needed it to be today, which is a strange thing to say given the places this writing goes, but it was an honor to get to play in this sandbox for a couple hours and to be trusted with this writing.
