We owe a lot to this person next to us. Mr. Michael Cottan was the one who started #URBband being a "Shangri-La house band" 18 years ago when he was our GM at @pudongshangrila in 2000 before bringing us to @shangrilakl in 2002, then the rest is history. That's why I totally freaked out with so much joy when we saw him again 16 years later in a land far from the countries he brought us in. Really grateful for so many doors of opportunities that have opened for us because of him.
