Cavatina In The Sunset Marquis To Open Late January
I’m beyond excited to say that CAVATINA tucked away in the back of the Sunset Marquis will be your new favorite date night spot when they open in late January. James Beard Award winner, Michael Schlow (you might remember him from Top Chef Season One) is opening his first West Coast restaurant with a modern Mediterranean menu. They will serve everything from snacks such as homemade potato chips with chile-green onion dip and jalapeno tater tots, to entrees like Cauliflower Panna Cotta with Lobster and Caviar, to lamb meatballs. Cavatina will also serve breakfast and lunch so this place is an absolute must.
