Part 2 of my first soufflé! Things went fairly well and after a change of venue (the first mug I used wasn’t doing well in the oven so I transferred it to a smaller mug) we have success! The mug was a lot taller than a ramekin so I didn’t get to overflow out but it did rise! Tried my hand at baking something for the first time ever tonight. I was inspired by #michelinguideathome so I had to go to hard. Chocolate soufflé was on the menu.
